Maine Whitewater Championship
Athlete Eligibility
Maine Whitewater Championships aims to deliver exciting and inclusive race events each year. We do everything we can to ensure each race has the support it needs to protect everyone's safety on and off the river. It is imperative participants are mentally and physically ready to participate in these races prior to registering.
Experience
Participants must have run this stretch of river prior to participating in the racing events.
Gear
All participants MUST have and are required to wear a helmet and PFD.
Safety Equipment
Throw bag required. Kayak float bags strongly recommended.
